Week 5 Progress – Monday 1/30/17

As of today, 1/30/17

  1. I don’t know my weight or measurements, I currently go by photos. If I had to guess I’d say I’m 110-112 pounds 5’3 1/2″.
  2. No counting macros or calories. I do aim to get my weight in protein each day and reduce carbohydrate intake at night. My favorite technique is Carb Cycling.
  3. Cheats are on leg day and/or the day prior. I typically have a burger on leg days because the protein and HGH in beef is high, helping to feed/grow my legs.

  5. Legs twice, arms twice, back once, chest and calves never 🙂 , abs two to three times a week.
  6. Cardio has been twice a week for 15-20 minutes as of two weeks ago.
  7. I’m having one Cleanse day a week (details about this are in link #4).

Currently my goal is trim my stomach and build everything else!

    Hello Christina,
    I’d like to be considered for your 10 wk Top Notch booty program. I have a goal to compete in Figure and pursue a career in health and fitness. My goals are to start my own women’s and fitness and help my family and friends live healthier lives. I’d like to lose fat and build muscle in my glutes, I am 5’3 at 143 lbs and have never really mastered the booty workouts. I know I need help and did research but never really felt that muscle connection. It would be an awesome opportunity to use your program.
