As of today, 1/30/17
- I don’t know my weight or measurements, I currently go by photos. If I had to guess I’d say I’m 110-112 pounds 5’3 1/2″.
- No counting macros or calories. I do aim to get my weight in protein each day and reduce carbohydrate intake at night. My favorite technique is Carb Cycling.
- Cheats are on leg day and/or the day prior. I typically have a burger on leg days because the protein and HGH in beef is high, helping to feed/grow my legs.

- Legs twice, arms twice, back once, chest and calves never 🙂 , abs two to three times a week.
- Cardio has been twice a week for 15-20 minutes as of two weeks ago.
- I’m having one Cleanse day a week (details about this are in link #4).
Currently my goal is trim my stomach and build everything else!
