My Daily Supplements and Doses

At this point in my fitness training and diet I am trying to build muscle, not lose weight.

Most of the things I eat, drink and take are not only perfect for maintaining your weight, but preserving your hard earned muscle.

In the morning before breakfast I take:

1 capsule of Acetyl-L Carnitine 500mg

After I eat breakfast I take:

1 daily Multi Vitamin

1 capsules of CLA 1,000mg

1 capsule of Fish Oil 1,000mg

When I want a little extra energy, I’ll take 1 B Vitamin Complex

1 capsule of CLK

After I workout I take:

1 1/2 scoops of Probolic SR which is 30 grams of protein

1 CLK capsule

At night, usually before bed I take:

1 CLK capsule

1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese which is a slow digesting protein and takes hours to breakdown, sparing muscle while you sleep.

Every day before the gym I also drink C4 pre workout by Cellucor, and after the gym with lunch I make 2 cups of green tea and pour it over ice.

I make sure that I eat enough protein to help me build muscle, complex carbs with my 3 main meals and get in plenty of water. I rarely eat fruit, but if I do it’s always around noon or after I workout. Some of my staples are plain, nonfat greek yogurt, fat free cottage cheese, a small handful of almonds, a protein bar for a quick protein pick me up, ezekiel bread with sugar-free all natural jelly and hummus.

    I love this! Thank you so much for posting up what you take. I’ve taken a generic acetyl-l carnetine but no C4 for me… but I do gotta say I love CLK so far (but only taken it for 2 weeks).
