Drink *This* First Thing in the Morning to Lose Fat and Detoxify Your Body

In this day and age, it’s tough to avoid all the toxins that litter the world we live in. They’re in the food we eat, the drinks we drink, the products we use, and even in some of the clothes we wear.

It’s no secret that big companies and corporations use the toxins and chemicals to either lessen the cost of manufacturing, make things taste better and/or create addictions in the masses of people who consume their products. It makes me sick (literally – I’m fighting off the worst withdrawals ever from quitting Diet Coke a couple weeks ago).

Aside from the addictions and sickness, these toxins are destroying your body. They wreck havoc on your metabolism, hormones, digestive system, energy levels and mood. 

If I were to suggest ONE thing you could do every morning (before you do anything else) that would help your body get off on the right foot and fight off these impeding toxins, would you do it?

I sure hope so!.. It takes less than a minute!

Here’s what to do:

Before you do anything else after waking up, head to your kitchen and squeeze 1 FULL lemon into an 8oz glass of room temperature purified water – and drink it.

Here are some guidelines to make it easy:

  • Keep a jug or gallon of purified water out on the table or kitchen counter as a reminder.lemon water for weight loss
  • Slice the lemon into quarters – they’re easier to squeeze than halves.
  • Do not use cold water – warm or room temperature water is easier digested in the morning.
  • Drink this at least 10 minutes before consuming anything else (coffee, food, etc.).

By doing this simple task every morning when you awake, you’ll enjoy amazing body-boosting benefits (especially over time). Lemons are one of the most alkalizing foods you can eat. Once the lemon water is in your body, the minerals in the lemon work to help alkalize the blood.

This is extremely beneficial because most people eat acidic foods, which the body must compensate for in order to maintain a healthy body pH level. This can lead to inflammation, joint pain, lethargy, depression, headaches, poor digestion, and brittle hair and nails. Bacteria and viruses thrive in acidic environments, which is one of the reasons why your body fights hard to keep its pH levels stable.

So do your body a favor and help it out a bit by committing to this one simple thing every day. As a result, you’ll eventually feel more energetic, healthier, and may even lose some weight. 🙂
